1. Service Description
AdLauncher is a workspace for authorized teams to import and organize creative assets, configure and manage Meta and Google advertising campaigns, inspect performance, and operate connected Facebook Pages. Available tools may include AI-assisted content, automation rules, and connected agents. Access depends on your organization role, enabled features, and permissions granted by third-party platforms.
2. Accounts and Organization Access
Use an account authorized by your organization. Keep sign-in credentials, access tokens, and API keys secure. You are responsible for actions performed through your account and for agents or integrations you authorize. Organization administrators manage invitations, roles, and access. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
3. Connected Platforms and Permissions
Connect only accounts, Pages, files, and other assets you are authorized to manage. AdLauncher uses granted permissions to read data and perform the actions you request or configure. Your use of Meta, Google, and other connected services remains subject to their terms, advertising policies, and limits. You can revoke permissions through the relevant provider; doing so may stop dependent features.
Meta and Google Data Use
Meta permissions support campaign management and reporting, selecting connected Pages, accessing business assets and catalogs, publishing Page posts, and managing Page messages and comments. Google Ads access supports connected customer accounts, campaign management, and performance reporting. Google Drive access supports importing creative files. Data types, purposes, processing providers, and retention practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
AdLauncher's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising to you. Meta data is used for the connected services described in the Privacy Policy, subject to the Meta Platform Terms. AdLauncher is operated by PATI Group; it is not operated by or endorsed by Meta or Google.
You can disconnect accounts in Settings → Connectors or revoke access through Meta Business Integrations or your Google Account's third-party connections. To request deletion of data held by AdLauncher, contact thomas@patigroup.com. Disconnecting or deleting data in AdLauncher does not delete campaigns, posts, or other assets already stored by Meta or Google.
4. Advertising Actions and Costs
Review creative content, targeting, budgets, schedules, account selections, and delivery status before publishing or enabling automation. You are responsible for ad spend and other charges billed by connected platforms. A successful request does not guarantee ad approval, delivery, or performance. Pausing or disconnecting AdLauncher does not necessarily stop campaigns or charges at the provider; verify their status directly.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not use AdLauncher for unlawful activity, misleading advertising, infringement, spam, or unauthorized access. Do not upload malicious content, bypass access controls, expose another organization's data, or interfere with the service. Follow applicable laws and the policies of each connected platform, including requirements for customer communications and personal data.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you submit and are responsible for the rights needed to upload, process, and publish it. You authorize PATI Group to process that content as necessary to operate AdLauncher and carry out your instructions. The platform software and branding remain the property of their respective owners. Third-party materials and AI outputs may be subject to additional rights or restrictions.
7. AI, Automation, and Connected Agents
AI-generated copy, creative suggestions, classifications, and replies may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review outputs before use. Connected MCP agents cannot launch campaigns; agent-created drafts require a person to review and launch them. Automation rules and agents may perform actions within the permissions you grant; review their configuration and monitor results. You remain responsible for the instructions you authorize and for ensuring resulting content and actions comply with applicable requirements.
8. Service Availability
AdLauncher depends on external APIs and providers. Features may be unavailable because of provider outages, rate limits, expired permissions, or policy changes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, successful advertising outcomes, or the accuracy of third-party data.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PATI Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of AdLauncher, including lost profits or advertising performance. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Suspension and Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, violations of these terms, or loss of organization authorization. Revoking access to AdLauncher does not automatically remove content, campaigns, or actions already sent to third-party platforms. Manage those assets directly with the relevant provider.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Privacy and Contact
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data, connected-platform information, and deletion requests. Questions about these terms: PATI Group, thomas@patigroup.com.
